I need to go to the grocery store, but am avoiding it until I use up some more food (and have more time!). So last night’s menu was BBQ Tofu, roasted vegetables, and millet. The millet was inspired by the Front Burner’s tutorial. I employed David to do the chopping:
The final product came out o-kay. The BBQ sauce was ketchup based, and was a little too ketchup-y for our taste. So next goal is to figure out how to make awesome BBQ sauce! The millet was good, but very much like corn. It reminded David of grits.

Not shabby. The day ended with a walk around the neighborhood, a good way to end the day.
