October Goals

I’m kind of bummed – I just wrote this post and it disappeared.  Plus I forgot to say “White Rabbit” today.  It’s okay though, it’s going to be an amazing month.  So, since it is the new month, there are some goals to be set:

1. Take the bus to work at least once
2.  Cook more often (1+ times/week)
3. Keep at the <10 min/mile running pace
4. Use free yoga passes for JennYoga and YogaOne
5. Get a library card and use it
6. Meditate at least 3 times per week, but the  more the better
